This blend is used for respiratory problems like cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, colds, and mucus congestion. Helps break up and excrete phlegm out of the respiratory system. Supports the immune system to help fight off a cold.

This tea is recommended to be taken twice a day, steeping 1 tsp of loose tea in 6 to 8 oz. of boiling water in a mug for 10 to 15 minutes. May be sweetened if desired.
